This was a priority shipment for a customer of mine. It has been sitting in the FedEx truck since December 22 it is now December 30.! Never have had this situation with UPS.

If I knew how to make it a .5 or less I would. Package was late they overcharged couldn't provide info as to where it was and when it would be delivered. Then wanted to say covid was the reason the could not provide the service they sold. Well if that is why don't sell something not avaliable. Just another way to rip people off and hide behind The covid wall.

They are not supposed to leave at my door of my apartment someone stole my package!!!

Worst service as on scheduled delivery date everytime they shows Pending over there Never fulfills delivery promise dates I wish I have an option to give zero ratings I should have given that either.

Very disappointed in HP. I was advised package would be delivered 12/31/2021. Now advised possibly 1/3/22. I cold have gone to local store to buy product.

Driver very unreliable he has cost me two days by not stopping to deliver package he just drove by and then said no one there to sign for package iam 74 years old and have sat home for two days and actually watched the driver drive by with out stopping

Terrible delivery say weather delay there is no weather delay here mail comes ups comes I can go to town just want my package 5 days this been going on

It was supposed to deliver on 29th n didn't come. I got a text message said changing date 30th. I put the message online that leave the front door steps, but didn't n just left the card. I felt why I pay more extra money for expecting the parcel coming on time.

My package had an incorrect address and no one called or texted me. My package would’ve never been corrected if I didn’t call to see where it was at.

I have been waiting for the package for almost 2 weeks. I bought something from ebay and delivery Unfortunately, it is very long ... plus for two days it is delayed for some reason in Hamburg. from Hamburg to me a maximum of 100 km ... 2 days imagine 2 days I wait for him to bring .. for example today I should have received ... I did not receive the package. Where is my bag.? I do not know. this is a terrible delivery

2 day shipping never arrives on time

My package has been listed as left canton on Dec 22. I still have not recieved my package. You ruined my christmas and I still do not know where my package is!

The drivers like to say there was a delivery attempt made. I was home and watching for them all day. No attempt was made and it is B.S.

I had a package that was 3 weeks late

FedEx delivered my package to the center of my driveway and then drove off. Why would I want my package left in the center of my driveway? I have 2 perfectly good doors where he/she could have left the package. Someone could have easily stole the package while walking down the street. Unacceptable!
