Has said the same thing, in transit, for the last two days no idea where my package is at. Two days ago it was 35 miles from our house.

Continue to throw packages anywhere. Refuse to hold up what me as the customer has requested on more than one occasion and it's causing me a problem every time I use them Fed EX .please look into your employees to make sure follow directions. As of now the company is completely messed up and I no longer recommend anyone to use this company because u are surely run the risk of it not being delivered properly
