Horrible delivery and customer service. 8 wish I could choose not to use FedEx when placing orders online!!!

FedEx tracking site is terrible. Virtually impossible to navigate through their site anymore. Multiple pictures pop up and it’s hard to tell where to go to get shipping details or an expected delivery date.

we will NEVER ship FedX after loosing my great grand childrens' Christmas pardel, which we sent 3 weeks ahead of time to their home 8 hrs. drive from mine.....a lost parcel and a lost gift.

19 days sitting in Bloomington California , 9 days to leave Ohio to Winchester California unbelievable, unacceptable, package was for our GRANDsons first CHRISTmas will never reccomend to anyone, FedEx is worse than a slow boat from China,

Used to like Fedx better than any other company. Fedx express would have been a 5 star. Fedx ground half star. My oackage was in my neighborhood 3 days in a row undelivered. Day 4 I finally received it, only after FINALLY talking to more than their stupid automated system! I wasn't nice to the woman I spoke with... she did maintain a great attitude despite me. I thank her for that! The package finally arrived on day 4. The driver was okay. The package was damaged in several places. The product was however in great shape and all loose material was there. The automated system may have worked back it the day but can not keep up with today's expations.

I have been trying to run down where my package is for over a week now. When to FedEx ground to get my package and I was told several times that it was on the truck to be delivered but I haven’t to receive it yet. Went back to FedEx ground to asked them to keep it there and was I was told that they would get off truck so that I could pickup from Ground. Only to find out that no one took the package off the truck to be picked up. So now my package is on a track somewhere???

You want to charge me $2 to find out when or if my package is going to be delivered?!?!?!?

FedEx changed the delivery date three times and then finally removed the date altogether and said no delivery date available. I ordered the product based on the delivery date, so disappointing. If you cannot deliver on time, you shouldn't be posting a delivery date.

While somewhat useful you can't drill down for more info. My package goes from origin, to Tampa to Orlando. By truck, plane, pony cart? Also the final destination is Raleigh, NC. So far it has spent a day moving around in Florida! Why?

FedEx is the worst delivery service. They're unreliable and have abysmal customer service. Hey companies, stop using this hack delivery company.

Thank you fedex, Christmas ruined. My wife's Christmas present was ordered on the 10th of December, promised to be delivered by the 18th and here I am now on the 27th with nothing. I wasn't even updated on the delivery date. If this company had any respect for their clients, they'd cover the costs.
