FedEx is never on time. My package from Lowes was supposed to be delivered today. If it was up to me I would never use FedEx.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Never arrived when it's supposed too, never good tracking info, says your package is at the same location for days, awful

Terrible customer service. My delivery was scheduled for 12/24/21. They were Christmas presents. Thanks a lot Fed-Ex!!! Tracking shows somewhere in Georgia today

Package did not arrive and in order to track I need to enter a credit card!!!

Package been setting in california for a week now & not moved not updated! Guess we're lucky that our packages didn't get dumped in a ditch somewhere due to fedex hiring inept drivers/delivers! Wish I could give fedex a zero!

Three and 1/2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I'm 70 years old and this is the worst service I have seen in my entire life!!! From now on I will pay extra have my packages shipped with another carrier before I use you.

FedEx is worse delivery system. Gives you false, inaccurate deliver status just to mislead you. Why aren’t they honest, tell you it is in this location and will be for awhile instead of confirming it is “on its way”. Then when it is delivered the records are not updated saying it is delivered. Truly lack of quality record keeping and it’s like this all year not just holiday time.

Both times I have tried to track packages, it is never updated and they both say a certain day then, delayed with no updates.

Didn't get my delivery in time for Xmas. You people ruined it for me. I will never recommend your company ever ???
