They do not deliver all packages I have had two packages they say was delivered but was not

My package was been showing in Bessemer since December 21st and on December 24th I was unable to track. No one knows where my sons Christmas gift is at. Such a disappointment!

Fobbed off by CS for the last 7 days regarding clearance at Stansted airport. Payed for 2/3 day delivery from Milan. Still ongoing delay !!

Didn't deliver when you said yoy would. Supposed be deliver on December 17, I still don't have my package. What really bad service.

Terrible terrible terrible. Never had service this bad when it comes to such an easy job. Just drive and drop off packages. Very disappointed.

I was given a guarantee delivery a week before Christmas and my package has still not been delivered two weeks later than I was told. Not happy at all. Never wanting to order knowing fed ex will be handling my package.

FedEx is always on time and the drivers are awesome. Very polite and nice.

this has been the most expensive but worst delivery we have ever experienced. will never use fedex again. You can not enter a ZERO on the rating scale.

I paid for guaranteed 2nd day air on 12/20 from Denver to SLC. My package is STILL sitting in Denver on 12/26. That is $52 down the drain with no answer and a very important gift to my mother not there for Christmas. Stay away from FedEx
