8th Dec parcel 2.5hrs away. 25th Dec still waiting . No update from fedex

Paid for it to be shipped out and get there in 2days, it was late smfh what's the point of charging a lot of money if you can't get your package delivered on time

Wouldn’t even give fedex a 1 really the service is terrible my parcel due weeks ago, contacted them many times but no reply at all. Disgusting service. Royal Mail , Hermes, Dpd you name it but never fedex

50 dollars was paid for Dec 24 arrival but nothing has been delivered

Package ordered on December 11th. Hasn't arrived asof the 25th of Dec. And no idea when will arrive. Several prior packages before were crushed, had to re-order items. I would give zero stars if I could

Not delivered when promised, too expensive to not get my package in time

Expected delivery 12/23 and saw the Fed Ex truck in front of my house for 10 minutes and I opened our garage door and they took off. Reported weather delay 12/23. Updated the package was out for delivery today and also no attempt to deliver as we had 3 hours of rain and reported a weather delay, no answer on phones. No present for Christmas.

So, I had a Xmas package sent Dec 16 from Oregon U.S.A to Vernon, B.C. Can., they sent it to Detroit, than New York, than Chicago, to Milwaukee, finally to Canada, Calgary, to Nicola Valley, to Vancouver, to all small stops and finally me on Jan. 1. Nice work, on that schedule??? And their retort, 'well, we were trying to avoid all areas of natural disaster,' and you bypassed me to ship it directly to the point of disaster. WT?

For the second year in a row my package has sat in San Jose for four days. I will never ship FedEx again. If I could give no stars I would.

Sent a next day del. Registered envelope on wed. Am. Was to be delivered no later than Friday am. Can't find it, last was in sparks from Carson City.

FEDEX mis-sent my parcel across the Country and back again! Supposed to be delivered DEC 8th, Still not received! Has been out for delivery now for 8 days in a row! Still not received!

I’m waiting for a package since two weeks ago and they are in stockton since last week and they haven’t moved for a week. They are the worse ever.
