FedEx reviews

Was assigned a tracking number, but they couldn't yell me where my package was. Then it just sat in one place for two days . Really Fed Ex.

4 days late and the box marked fragile looks like it was used as a soccer ball and rolled all the way there.

Pay for 2 day service and it still doesn't arrive what a rip off

Exactly how low could a review be to classify it as a review a delivery that should have been delivered on Monday they claim they attempted delivery on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday no let's not classify Thursday because toys were thrown out of pram client redelivered a complete another package and Friday still no delivery it's now now but here we are still no delivery so the 2.0 review out of 6k+ reviews is generous ???

If I could pick zero stars I would. I paid $300 for two packages of 26 from VA to Alaska by 12/22, shipped 12/14. One box got there a day late the other didn't. This was an Army soldier package, with Christmas gifts for soldiers who were not going home including my son who was going on leave the 25th. They offered NO money back or rerouting options with out me paying more! ? So ridiculous, I will NEVER USE FED EX again! No customer service....NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Shame on you!!!

Company is completely gone downhill in the past few years and is incompetent with customer service and unreliable as a courier

The last 3 packages I've had shipped through FedEx has been a nightmare.

Tried to get 3 shipments from Omaha steaks since November one full month before Xmas and every delivery attempt was lost....don't use Fed Ex. They steal your packages! And have no excuse what happened to them! Why do they provide a tracking number? When they can't track any off their delivery's? This company is the next Sears that will go bankrupt because of poor service and management! Avoid Fed Ex at all costs. I'll hand deliver and drive a package to someone before I ever use Fed ex again!

As always with FedEx package is late. I understand the season but UPS and USPS have figured it out. I cringe when I see FedEx has my package. It arrived in here in town on 12-20 and was supposed to be delivered 12-23 which it was not. So two day shipping is BS

Paid premium for 2-day delivery. Took 4 days to deliver. Don't charge a premium for a service you can't provide.

Your service is terrible ,twice now I've been screwed you tell me my packaged will be delivered by 1:00 then changed to by the end of the day !

Anytime things are shipped via FedEx, they are always late or lost. I will try to get deliveries another way if possible.

Never received my package. Some body stole, or they delivery, on another direction. But, I didn't get my package
