I’ve had nothing but superior service from FedEx. Always received my packages on the due date.

FedEx is the worst! Thats all I got to say!

The package was delivered, but the driver never knocked or rang the doorbell. I was home the entire day. Fortunately the package wasn’t stolen.

Live fish took too long. Fish DOA! Delivery took 8 days. Contents were too decomposed to take pics. Just flakes of dead fish.

Package was shipped 25 miles from me in Texas just for the package to be sent to California. Never received my package even when I payed for next day shipping.

Tracking is terribly a joke. Fedex is a BIG joke and soon enough with the way it is running into the ground it WILL FAIL ! Cant wait ! By by fedex !

Package was suppose to arrive in Guyana on June 7th 2024, check tracking and this package is still in TT. What's going on

I have waited for weeks for pkgs. called FedEx and went to their website to no avail. put big note on front door to deliver to back door as I cannot hear anyone at the front. they paid no attention to it. even gave ph # to call me on arrival. they are horrible.

They never came, said they were here waiting but that was a lie.

Horrible service. Driver lied on one delivery saying they handed me the package, that never happened. Another time said they left on my porch. That's a lie I don't have a front porch all packages have to be given to receptionist in our lobby. This last delivery they showed up at 4:45 a.m when no one was working to accept pkg. WTH is wrong with Fed Ex?! I'll stick with Amazon from now on. Fed ex is unreliable.

My package was not delivered on 6/8/2024 as promised. The merchant checked and was told ‘an attempt was made,’ but I did not need to be home to accept or sign (although I was). A delivery from another service was successfully made at 6:30p, so I am not sure why FedEx’ “attempt was unsuccessful.”

Delivered to wrong address, still waiting to recover it’s been days, terrible customer service.

It was supposed to be delivered yesterday still not here. They haven't let me no nothing. Never have trouble with USPS I wish they would've used them !!!!!!
