Package status says it was delivered and have not received it yet

My package arrived, but was left downstairs, apartment was upstairs, did not get any confirmation that the package was delivered I just happened to see a package downstairs and went to look.

Package not delivered!!! Tracking says it was at 12:30 not here

I didn't get the package. Delivery is bad, as is tracking.

They never deliver to the right address..they been to my address a 100 times and still carry it to the wrong address they need to do something about this ..cause it's ridiculous

Driver throw package and almost broked my screen door. Unacceptable

My delivery was delayed twice then when they were suppose to deliver it the person rang the door bell a walked off never left nothing on the door saying they came. I seen him on my door bell camera and I was home. Then the next day I got an email saying they tried to deliver again I was home the entire day nobody came from fed ex! Very disappointing an frustrated with delivery service

Suppose to have my package rerouted to me new address and they still sent it to the old. Said don't worry it'll come to the new address

Today is Saturday 6/8 I was to receive a package by 6/5 I tracked the package said was out for delivery several times I spoke to a rep said out for delivery still waiting for my package

Extremely poor tracking and delivery. Tracking says picked up 6/4, tracking shows still sitting In California. Go figure. Have received several dates for expected delivery.

FedEx delivered the package across the road to the wrong address. It is clearly marked with the correct address. I’m thankful for great neighbors.

2 large brown boxes left in rsin without sending text or email that they were delivered. Had to deal with soggy torn boxes, removing product to do so. Yuck!

The worst service, will never use FedEx again!
