Sent an email that it was supposed to be here on Tuesday, took the day off, waited all day but a NO SHOW!! Then told it would be here on Wednesday, again a NO SHOW !! Called again and told it was stuck in Customs. Told to track and then I'd find out when I'd get it. It's a 13' rug so I can't just let it sit outside on the porch. If I could give a "0" i would.

Hi, The parcel was sent out on 31stMar and unfortunately the address was wrong and was corrected on 4th june which was supposed to be. Delivery day. Please do the needful and confirm

28/5/2024 I had sent my parcel to Saudi Arabia. I have not received it yet. If the party cancels the order, then there is a winning amount. You will pay all that money and no one will send you money from now onwards.

So if they have a delivery Wednesday on the 5th I waited all day then they called me up at 4:00 instead of be tomorrow and now I can't even track the number it's a blank they don't even know where it is now unbelievable

I suppose to receive a parcel from you 10 days ago but no where to be found my name my contact and my address is on but you said you can’t locate me.and have the picture of the parcel everything is correct

This is the worst company EVER!!! I will never use this company AGAIN!!!! As of today 6/5/24, I am still waiting for a package that was supposed to get to me on 5/29/24. PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!!! I am sooooo MAD! I need package for an event this weekend on 6/7! FEDEX YOU ALL ARE WRONG FOR THIS!!!!

Bad service I ordered new phone and it said 2 day express delivery and now I don’t even know where is my package it’s 0 out of 10 they need to get rid of this company

Terrible delivery service

Unfortunately FedEx is the only company that ships animals so my company have to use them to ship our reptiles. I have always always requested overnight priority and pay the extra for the service as well. FedEx on numerous occasions has been late with delivery, delivery to the wrong place, many animals arriving dead do to their negligence, never hold themselves accountable for the simple reason they say they are not responsible for perishable items. I even when to the Que FedEx station in Mirable , the employee at counter I spoke to in English told me this is Quebec and to learn to speak French. Very very unprofessional.

I had a good experience with FedEx they were late by an hour but all in all it’s better than sending a package in the mail people forget how blessed we are that there is this kind of service instead of being ungrateful.

Very poor service

I ordered a small folding table from A third-party through. Amazon. I received notification that it was delivered on June 3. I used the tracking number To determine where it was delivered and found that the item was delivered to Fontana California instead of Beacon Falls, Connecticut. I have not yet been refunded and I'm very disappointed. I would not use this company again.
