I get so sick of FedEx tracking not working, send out a package with a high value and it's not even in their system. How has FedEx not gone babkrupt, I'll never know.

Package left MO on 5/29. Package arrived Olathe, KS on 5/31. Did not leave there until 6/4. No further tracking shown. Still have not received. Where’s the “express” here?

I paid $30 for priority overnight. Package mailed 5/31 received 6/4. Going to have to go back to UPS. Very disappointed in the service.

The driver did not use the callbox so I didn't know the package arrived. Instead of contacting me, he reached through the fencing and laid it by the pool. It is just by chance that I saw it. The package contains a time-sensitive medical item. Disappointing!

Package sent out on 5/31 on a 2 day air received 6/4 three days late not to happy about that but the driver no fault of his was very good was concerned and apologetic. Why call it 2day delivery when it took 5 days and I paid 14.99

Wish I knew that fedex was the company I received “free shipping” from. I would’ve and from now one will pay full price for usps or ups instead, Respectfully.

I have been a Fedex customer for close to 30 years, including the Covid years, and the service was outstanding. Not anymore. Something terrible is happening at fedex. The service is terrible. I cannot track my packages. The last one took 3 days to get to me. I was told it was on a truck on 2 different days. When I went to the local warehouse,a long time employee told me that it had NOT been on a truck, and that everything at Fedex was a mess since the new changes, employees were being yelled at by customers who were frustrated, and that many employees wished they could work elsewhere. I know one thing - their Mantra of"when it absolutely, positively has to be there on time, call Fedex" That is now a joke. No wonder that their customer rating is now 2.09 on a scale of five. Do you know what they are going to do about it. NOTHING

Every time my orders are delivered by fed ex THERES ALWAYS A ISSUE.. I just hope I have a more pleasant delivery this time around.. I can honestly understand the other bad reviews because I ALSO EXPERIENCED THE SAME SITUATION.. HORRIBLE .. FED EX NEEDS TO STEP THERE GAME UP OR SHUT THERE BUISNESS DOWN IF THERE GONA HANDLE PEOPLES PACKAGES WITHOUT CARE…… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Worst ever, finally received the item, it was damaged beyond repair, driver didn't even have a dolly on his truck. Never again will I use FedEx
