Fed x has had my tv on their truck for 3 days and wants to charge me 43.00 to find out y not delivered

Fedex is the most diplomatic garbage that exists in the United States.

Can't find my package. The tracking service said I would have.y package before 10:30am on Thursday, 5/30/2024 and here it is Saturday, 6/1/2024 and I still don't have my package

My package was supposed to arrive May 29, 2024. It never did. It's late. The rep I spoke with was of no help. Poor service.

Always excellent service. If there is an issue (very unlikely), they quickly fix it. I won't even consider other courrier companies as FedEx is very reliable. Keep up the great work!

I got email saying that package was delivered rush home no package what happened to placing package at door fedex is almost as bad as postal service

Tape was cut on the package I sent and items were stolen from it.

Dear all the FedEx service is best in the world,the system is tracking is a working very nicely,all fallow up system is working in support of client. As it,s service job and some time happened a small mistake will big for clients,but you will find all staff are coperate.

Fedex is THE WORST. still waiting 7 days later for an OVERNIGHT package. It was supposed to be delivered to an Office Depot but not even the FedEx customer service supervisor couldnt find where the package is. Just "out for delivery" FOR 3 DAYS ?? UPS from now on.

Just had to boxes delivered to my home.they left them in driveway. I gad to go down the stairs and move 110lbs boxes up stairs and into my home.

bad service, they say they have tried to make the delivery several times because the customer is not there, it's all a lie, they have never come to my house, no merecen ni una estrella por su mal servicio
