I was promised delivery in 48 hours but as we all know that's a crock since FedEx never delivers anything in 48 hours. So I tracked it and it was in Peterborough Thursday May 30th and for some reason it was not delivered today by 5 PM as it still sits in Peterborough and now they said Monday by 5 PM!!! I would rate the service --10 if I could.

Today I have received turntable record player set, dust cover completely damaged and broken into two pieces.

Getting worse.... Have a monthly delivery that must be signed for. Get notifications of a 2 day delivery and it's never correct. Track pkg and one minute it's out for delivery with a time frame; check again and then it says it's at the local hub.

The worst!!! I took time off of work all morning 9:20am-11:20am to wait for the estimated delivery time to sign for it. The. At 11.30am it says delivery will be 8pm. This is unacceptable!

I had a package from select RX 23rd of this month to mail out my medicine they gave it to FedEx. They damaged the package and sat there in Tennessee for two days and I thought it was all taken care of and sent the package to me they told me the package was damaged, when I got the package in the package was still the paperwork didn’t have my medicine. I need a clip help me out. I need to put the claim in.

I never received my package.it was picked up by someone not authorized to pick it up. It was supposed to be delivered to Schuyler va instead it was picked up in Charlottesville.

Horrible service. Trying to contact to schedule delivery for sign for package and get chat that refers me to a 45.00 month service. No phone number no access to speak with a person. I can’t even redirect to my local FEDEX. I’ll have to wait for it to be returned? Terrible!!

We just found a package left in the only sunny spot on our patio. There was no doorbell ringing or door knocking to notify us it was delivered. The problem is that there was a big red sticker on the box right beside the mailing label that said “REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL”. It’s medicine that should be kept cool. Needless to say it was not cool by the time we discovered it.

Left the box outside my door in an apartment building and someone tried to open my box. Ghetto building mind you.

It is unacceptable to pay you for such expensive fast shipping and it arrives when you feel like it, that is not right, for God's sake!!
