Left my package on the neighbor’s doorstep even though the numbers on my house are very large and the address on the package is correct.

I ordered on April 24-24 my package arrived with 3 pieces missing. I contacted Amazon who then contacted the seller. The seller shipped a 2 pound package consisting of 3 small pieces of metal bracing. Fedex says the package never had the proper paperwork. Obviously fedex knew about the paperwork but just sat on their hands. After numerous emails things started to happen. Today fedex says this package is in Winnipeg. Now it’s wait and see how long it takes to reach me. Obviously fedex needs to train it’s employees better. IF A PACKAGE ISN’T MOVING SOMETHING IS FINE.

Worse service by far.

Horrible service. They tried to deliver to a business outside of business hours. I tried to get it held at a FedEx depot. They did not do it. The package was to be signed for when they delivered, they just left it with no signature. And for this I paid $168.

Why my package still in Köln 3 days

They left my heavy package downstairs in my building instead of bringing it to my door as they should and are paid for. They didn't deliver the second part of my package as they were instructed by seller. Terrible service!

They lie a great they not capable of delivering in a timely manner always late. Unreliable package carrier. Would gave been better by carrier pigeon.

We sent very important documents, the guy at the office was red onion, Rawalpindi Pakistan office was very very helpful in guidance and went extra mile to make it sure that everything was upto date and address was correct and the papers were original etc the guy named Bilal was very hospitable and professional, the papers were delivered 2 days before the real time. Thank you FedEx and thankyou Bilal

I think FedEx not reliable no more 7 working days turn to one month

My package was delivered to the wrong place.my address is 12484 killian st Spring Hill Fl 34609.it shows it was delivered somewhere on linden ave.i need my package corrected and delivered to the right address

Was waiting for an urgent delivery. No signature needed. Idiot driver did not leave it and took off with it ! Going to have to wait extra ! Pissed off ! Gave them hoot ! DO NOT RECOMMEND FED EX if it’s the last delirery outfit out there ! Prefer have it delivered by a donkey that is probably smarter than that driver… what a schmuck!

I bought this product from a store 28 miles from me and it's going on 3 weeks now , still don't have it
