Package arrived safely and early! Very happy.

I was to receive my cancer medication last Saturday. It is now Tuesday and l still do not have my medication. Fedex was one of the best, you could depend on them. But now they have a lot of problems and cannot be depended on. Sorry, Fedex l will have to use other carriers.

I got a ‘Sorry we missed you’ note even though I was in, with the car in the drive. I didn’t hear a knock and now can’t workout on the website how to request the package be left on the doorstep! Very irritated.

Two weeks into 2 day delivery. 3 times fedx has given delivery date.Package was not even in state yet.Still waiting.

very bad service

retarded customer service asking for $2 refundable for asking about parcel tracking . they have chat line but forward you to an expert . stupidest thing i've ever heard . I will not use fed ex ever again . my parcel sitting is ohio for 3 days and not moving ????? I should not be forwarded to anyone . fed ex has no customer service .

If you ship with FedEx it is like Russian Roulette if you will get your package. Worst fucking company in the business.

My package did not arrive in 7 days!!!! For what the courier said 2 days, I do not recommend Fedex to anyone. They had a lot of problems

Fed-x gave me a drop off date ,so I had to wait at home all day for a signature, they lied about the date and in reality, the delivery day is 4 days away. You suck.
