wish I could give no stars this is ridiculous my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday looks like it is lost in Ohio

This is ridiculous my package was supposed to be delivered EOD 5-25, still no sign of it looks like it is just sitting in a facility in Ohio. I paid $10 for shipping and this is what I get.

I paid more to receive my package on time because it was urgent and it is simply delayed. The worst service

Very bad service. My parcel is 15 days late. Sitting in Germany. My clothes are in the package.i have not received yet.

I live in an apartment building and do not like that my packages are just left at the main door. Driver should at least notify me that my package has arrived. Instead it's left for anyone to take.

Long time wait, real time location/ status not available. My parcel no 776481040653 not yet recd. I was told that it will be delivered on 24/05/24

Either your drivers can’t read or are the laziest of any delivery company. I have FedEx instructions to deliver to my front porch. I looked for a package in the cold and in the dark for 45 min. He Took an extremely blurry picture and it turns out it was at our community gate. That is not an address. It’s a gate. Pissed customer is mild.

I sent a package to South Grafton USAand it took more than 7days. I observed that the package was held at Thane India for one day ,2days at Mumbai.Next it was lying in Dubai for about 36 hours.The next stop was at Italy for 18 hours.The package arrived at Memphis USA at 0000hrs and was sent for clearance from customs department where the package was pending for more tha 24 hours and after clearance the package is still at Memphis and scheduled delivery is moved to 25 thMay

I was supposed to receive my shipment today but I did not receive it and this caused me to lose money and time. I will not trust this company after today

They called me asking for my unite number. Then when I called they said, sorry we can’t help you, call the sender… why did you call me then?

Way toooooooooo slow …… omg.

FedEx is considerable less reliable that I remember and consequently expected. I paid a premium to have a parcel delivered overnight to a destination about 225 miles away. It was delivered 2 days later! VERY DISAPPOINTING! FedEx is no longer the best!
