2 weeks and told it was 3 days gosh

The service lacks personal connection, presently I am not able to contact local offices while international portal and phone network are not current. Require real time location of package and personal local service. The phone network is presently not operating for tracking, it is not able to accept full tracking number. I must give a low grade on tracking and personal touch. Quality assurance survey should be initiated.

Why does the Fed Ex website make it so f*****g hard to find the means to pay and eliminate the signature for delivery?

Paid $275 for quick service, been as long as USPS now and still not delivered.

Waiting now a month for my package just not acceptable , i had to submit dispute ,now they are searching obvious they dont know where my package went .

The Lost my personal in the way it has my passports and all international IDs. I haven’t got my parcel yet. I’ve been waiting for one month. I called the customer service. He told me go get a new passport from your embassy.

Sorry to say ,Too late Delivery . Few months back the Delivery time was only 3 days .

Fed Ex packages out of Florida are frequently delayed significantly, sometimes more than 2 weeks

It's been a week. It's got needed, expensive medication. It needs a signature. I've been at home everyday. And not happy. Stopping service after this delivery.
