Never had such a problem with a company in trying to talk wlih a person. Still haven't.

Twice terrible service with FedEx ! Paid $200 for package to be delivered from Ft Myers to Cape Town South Africa! Never ever arrived! Now again I paid $106 to send package to Konz in Germany, was supposed to arrive in 3 days time!!Now 5 days later still has not arrived!! Unbeknown to me the clerk at the FedEx office put the business address was residential, and, worst of all spelt the name of the business incorrectly! Disgraceful service! Two strikes now, will use a different carrier next time for sure!!

I have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to track my parcel in real time, track the delivery truck. I still can't find information where I should go to do this. I downloaded the app and spent a lot of time trying to find it there. It's virtual assistant is a joke. I can't stand FedEx. I sure wish it was sent ups.

Delivered to the wrong house. I do NOT have my package.

Package was dragged over 50 yards across the street in the rain to the neighbors house. Box is wet and severely damaged and now I have mud allover my stairs and basement floor. Useless effing idiot moron driver gave my grandparents a dirty look when they told him he was about to walk up the freshly poured concrete sidewalk and Dropped the box on my neighbors wet grass and took off. Effing joke of a company. GRRRR!!!! #$%@%!!!!

I didn't receive my parts a couple of weeks ago and now I'm still waiting on them which supposed to arrive this morning now it's 2:30pm

I order new wheels an FedEx damage my rim the box was all rip up FedEx is worst

They sent me an email said they couldn't deliver my package no apartment number given, so I called them and told them my apartment number and checked with the lady 3 times to make sure she had the correct number. She insured me she put in the apt num correct and read it back to me. Today my package was delivered to the wrong apt so I called them they said it was delivered to my place but they delivered it to the wrong apartment number the lady at fed ex mixed the numbers up so they would have to try and go back to the apt where they delivered it and try to get it back but if the people wouldn't return my package I have to go through all kinds of loopholes and hope the company would replace my $950 cpap machine I paid cash for if not I'm out the money and machine I need to keep my job. Do not ever use this place for anything they are garbage and take no accountability for there work or workers not doing there job!!!!

We just found our package that was delivered that was sent from Sam's club by FedEx. Tracking # 738866470201 the package was thrown out on a road where no one lives and left. If my husband where not just getting back from the store and noticing a FedEx truck coming from back there we would have not known. But walked out to see what was going on and saw her throw it out. This is not anexceptable delivery. I will also report it to Sam's club.
