Never on time...poor tracking....

Even though 3 days have passed since my order was delivered, it still has not been shipped.

Shipment finally delivered after been Stressed.. Thank You FEDEX/REDSTAR

-zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.

Fwd we'd is the worst! I will cancel an order before using them! I have had new cell phones stolen by their drivers and packages destroyed!

Driver Did A Magnificent Job Delivering My Packages

Automation system will not let me speak with a live person. Chart claims that my package has been all over literally Southern California in the past 24 hours, including Arizona and Utah. Nothing to indicate the package is heading East to drop off location.

If I could give this company a big fat ZERO I would! Times have moved on but not it seems with FedEx. I would expect to see a window with a time of arrival done by text. I would have expected to see how many deliveries the driver was dropping that day and what number he had got to. I would have expected that when I rearranged the delivery to a specific day the package would have arrived. Apparently it’s only ‘a request’!!!!! I waited in all day and yet again no delivery. This company is stuck in the last century. It needs to update its IT systems urgently if it is to survive. My recommendation to all account holders isn’Do t wast your money’. Choose another provider! There are many other options available. All of which I suspect are much cheaper and far more reliable too! FedEx are simply rubbish all round!

I like the X but my boxes were slightly open and please don't be the new Amazon theirs nothing prime about them

Address was drawn through and my debit card was left at that house. Rechecked the address that my bank has on file

Wevhave sent two boxes together , we have received only one box sofar.

Not even a 1... it's so frustrating to have a package arrive so late. Then on top of that, the tracking isn't kept updated. Really want the stuff I ordered, and like the products, just hate the shipping
