Priority overnight. We were home all day. Driver never came to the door. He stuck a “ sorry we missed you sticky” on our fence. I called and driver was to come back. Still no driver. Most of the time the driver leaves our stuff on the ground by the back fence. Unbelievable. I would also like to add we had 5 vehicles here and a crew working on out house. Ridiculous…….. do better FEDEX.

When I'm expecting a package from FedEx I'm always hoping for the driver who let's me know he's here simply by following the directions I've left on my FedEx app. It's very simple. Some just leave the packages unattended and I find out hours later it's been delivered and I go down to get it and it's gone. That's why I put specific directions

Very poor communication at customer service. Package has been at clearance since Wednesday and no information on what the real reason is. Everytime when I call they say something different.

In today’s fast paced world and as to the state of the world we need to help each other fedex in my experience have always provided great service. It does however depend on their employees as it does with most companies. Remember people really do make the difference and that is a two way street

Rains to have a package picked up. They asked when the package would be ready. I said 6:00 a.m. then they said they'd pick my package up between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. I should have said my package wouldn't be ready till 4 p.m.

Since using g fed ex, I have only one or two on time deliveries. Those that I consider on time are several hours off delivery times. Two day deliveries becomw3 or 4 day deliveries. We run from the post office and the private sector is not better.you all have to do something better. Business account number is 201797654.

I’m not very impressed with the service of this large company. I’m glad I work from home or most def would have packages taken as they leave them in the open and visible as to what they are. I order a lot of expensive clothing and never have I gotten a knock at the door, doorbell or anything. Thankfully I check often when I know something is coming. I’ve downloaded a specific app that tracks anytime I buy online thankfully I found this so I am notified when items are arriving and at my door. For a big company they def hire workers that could care less if u get ur things! Others companies tuck things so there not so obvious, these guys prop it on ur door to be shown to anyone walking by. In the times we’re living- what an aweful way to deliver people things. The only thing that is done right it getting my items to be in a timely manner. Wish they shipped via a different company!

My package been there since last Friday they keep saying they came out and couldn't get in the gate and the customer service lady said that they will contact me 30 minutes before they come out that never happened I've been waiting and waiting then I was standing outside my building this Friday and my phone beeped and said they just tried to deliver my package I was standing outside I never seen anyone and I never got the 30 minute heads-up how they trying to deliver and I was outside all the time they lie I'm really fed up with fedex
