The package was left on the steps to our shop not to the house. The package contained medical supplies marked fragile. Packages have been left everywhere at our house by FebEx but this tops them all. The package sat in the rain a day because we had NO idea it was even delivered. And if we wouldn't have been at the shop, we would not have found it today. Sorry service especially something like the delivery of medical supplies.

The item arrived .the box had been torn in shipment and a number of the nuts and bolds were missing.

Package was delivered but instead of putting recliner in the garage, which I had the door open, they put in between 2 cars in the driveway. If I hadn’t seen that it was delivered I would have never known it was there. The driveway was wet from the rain so I had to move the box. As I am a 70 year old woman with arthritis, who has had spinal and brain surgery, it was not easy. I had to push the box end over end into the shed which was closer than the garage. Like the other reviews I read I wish you had a 0 rating!!!

Says delivered but I can’t find it!! I’m just like the rest of the reviews on here. I can’t believe I didn’t read them. I would have never bought from here. Now I’m wondering what to do next!!

I just got charged $46+$1 by my card. Are you charlatans? You told me the answer was just $1! Give me my money back!

I want to ditto everybody with a one star I wish I could give you a zero. This is the second time you’ve delivered a package to somebody else’s address and not my address. And the response from your customer service as far as tracking the case number is it was delivered.it doesn’t matter if it was not in my at my house it was delivered over and over. This is not an accept. It doesn’t matter if it was not in my at my house it was delivered over and over. This is not acceptable. Your customer service stinks.

I got my item on time without any delay, am grateful to FedEx

They delivered my packages in the wrong address and delayed for a week. They didn't even contact you or Notify that they are gonna deliver the packages or what.

Unexceptionable timing between the worst website and not knowing where my package is!!!! It's not getting 1 star

Fed ex is the worst I've watched shipping updated for a week! Says out for delivery then goes from a town 45 min away to a town 3 hrs away then back to original location. I had a fed ex truck pull up to my house and leave because my package was not put on his truck!! Ups or usps is a better choice, get it together fed ex
