I was notified that my package was out for delivery but the truck never arrived. Went back to check the status and read the package was back at the fedex facility. Returned due to local restrictions? It’s always something! Can’t locate address, sent to wrong address and now this! I wish I could have given fedex a zero rating!

So many time i bought one mattress in Amazon but they shipped it that's being a long time ,they told me my package arrived to day ,but i wanna know why FedEx don't bring me it today cause i need emergency

I waiting for my parcel since one week. Every day they give me hope. But end of the day, it says delay. Total disaster service. I dont want to give a star even.

I have ordered about 40 items from Amazon now and half a dozen have been shipped via FedEx almost all of which have either bee late, never arrived at all or parts were missing inside box. Very shady to be honest with you they service has been terrible. Ups I never once have had a problem with...What is the deal FedEx Tom Hanks would be outraged by this lack of quality and handling of its packages in all seriousness wtf....I pat good money for these products. Do better!!

Love how on the package it says fragile handle with care but gets delivered ripped hole in the side with a bunch of dents

Why is it written that the product has been delivered and it didn't come to me?

Well. I go out side, and I hear what sounds like someone in my back field stuck in the field. Then a horn blowing. Keep in mind I just got released thus past Friday from the hospital with heart issues. So I walk about a 1/4 of a mile back in my field. Only to find a FedEx van sitting in mud clear up to the bottom of it. I ask him why he was in the field. He thought it was my house. So he threw my package " that contained a new fall alert " in the weeds and water. Had I not heard him or he had not got stuck, I would have never known I had a delivery. So instead of him fetching it for me, I had to walk thru high weeds and muddy water to get it. " remember what I said the package contained" then I had to walk back that 1/4 of a mile to get to my drive. The driver just stood there instead of walking to the driveway and wait for the tow truck. So I had to stand there and wait for the tow truck for him. Out of breath and heart beating in overtime at this point. No, I had no vehicle to drive back and check. And my husband had left 10 mins. Before it happened to get my meds. But in the end, the office that was in charger of the driver called and checked on me and offered to compensate some how. Told her it wouldn't be fair to expect anything from them when it wasn't their fault. Guy did lose his job because Apparently that was the 3rd time he got stuck in 3 weeks.

Can't find my package even with a tracking number.

Verry slow packages sets at terminals for days after going back and forth through state package suppose to have been here yesterday but it's been sitting in Grove city Ohio since the 7th why is the question and when do they plant to transit it further definitely not liking FedEx I know I never ship with them its bs
