Very bad service. FedEx can't seem to locate my address. I have packages delivered 5miles down the road in a different county to a house that no is currently living in. I know this because when the guy that use to live there would get them he would call us. Now we just don't receive our packages. Ups never has a problem delivering our things and are very nice! We are currently missing a package from FedEx that was out for delivery today! Another no show and this is costing me money tracking it down! FedEx, fed up!

Service is horrible. I paid to have my package delivered express next day, which was supposed to be today, and my package has been sitting in Greensboro for hours and it's gonna be midnight in a few minutes. I'm in Virginia so idk when I'm getting my package

I ordered a package of 4 pieces, all from the same originating point. For some reason the 4 pieces are separated. And now nobody can tell me where 2 of the 4 are. Amazing!! I have no delivery dates

Nobody has a clue where my parcels are, though they were supposed to be here today. Amazing

Very good service

A package was misdelivered to my residence. I tried several numbers to talk to a real person and when I did they wanted my name even though I gave them the tracking number and addresses to and from they hung up when I would not provide my name. I am doing them a favor not the other way around. A 1 is too good for them.

Great service over all

They said my package was delivered on the 3rd but my neighbor find it in her bushes on the 8th and I know it wasn’t there on the 3rd we have had storms for the last three days and the box is dry can’t be with all the rain and flooding. They lie about when it was delivered said they took a picture of it but I can’t find it !!

Unless the Driver knows the name on the package. from numerous deliveries. you need to pray that the package arrives. And to get Fed Ex on the phone is like calling the Pope. No Can Do... I had a package that was lost for a week because the Manager in charge of delivery out of Waycross Ga kept giving my package to the wrong area driver,.. It's now one year since I've been delivering. They got it done now. They get a C

They were supposed to deliver an item from Wells Fargo to me Sunday they were on my street but didn’t stop. Yesterday they were on twice and still passed my house .i saw them both days and still no delivery. This is inportant for me but evidently Fedx doesn’t care my number is +17045774332 call me
