This service of Fedex it went to dogs the donto even have a good way to track and when finally you even phone or find out on line that my packag will be delivered in two days you breathe little yeasy . So now you know is coming in two days you going out to shop or doing something like arrears for couple hours you come home and finded out that you package was delivered and left in open outside you house on driveway but is package there some one tooked As we have Doble door with porch they could at list put in my door I even have a little sign for to leave all delivery in porch . No the thrown in my driveway in snow and some one stolled Garbage service I last over 2000 $ The to big and they don't care

Don't understand how my parcel was placed on a truck in Mississippi friday,and it's still at the same facility as of Monday night, after paying extra for a quicker delivery, Might consider another carrier for the packages I need in a hurry

My package was separated. 1st part was delivered on 5/1. 2nd part shipped on 05/1, here it is 5/6 & tracking shows its been in the same place for 5 days. This is horrible service.

I am not quite understanding why may package went to Charlotte and Concord NC and has been stationed there now since 5-2-24 My delivery date was supposed to be delivered today and is still showing in the FEDEX Building in Concord NC?? Can anyone tell me why???

Sent a package from Philly to TN it was supposed to arrive May1. It’s now May6 and the package seems to be in Sacramento. Went to FedEx to See about a refund and was told I had to call service, went home and When I finally got through to a person was told that because the package wasn’t express, they didn’t have to guarantee it or give you a refund. They’re willing to lose my business for a $10 package. Less than one star

Seems like I’m items get to Fairview early then it ends up being two 3 days late I’m only 40 mins from there don’t understand why it takes days to get from this location. They have also said they attempted to deliver but couldn’t there is no reason why they couldn’t the days they say that it’s sunny and nice out so obviously they just don’t want to take the time to drive there and drop my items off. I will not be buying from anything that uses FedEx anymore. It’s a constant delay with them

This is the most ridiculous service I've ever delt with. I'm getting no where and no information. It doesn't even deserve a rating.

All the time in transit and in one place it’s my first time to use this company but am disappointed

These people can delay packages upto now 5 days my package has not yet reached yet am tracking it but am not even seeing it

This has got To be the slowest company. There telling me that my package from from Texas to ohio is going to take almost 3 weeks to be delivered. He'll I could walk there and get it and walk back just as fast. FedEx is not first choice

I paid for over night delivery .I put package in on May 1st and didn't get it delivered until may 6th... needed delivered over night was for a job I was doing and I well be flying out on May 7th. Thanks feds for cutting my job down to the last minute. I didn't need the stress of trying to find my package. Why did I even pay so much for a over night and it took 5 days to receive it. Very disappointed in the knoxville fedex. I sent a package over night to Cleveland, Ohio and had package at 6Am the next morning. Knoxville this wasn't the 1st time you failed...

My package supposed to arrive on April 30th it arrive in Stockton California on April 26th today is nay 6th and have not received my order is being stock in Stockton California for 9 days FedEx is a lair.
