Horrible!!!! I was suppose to receive my package by may 1. I’ve called many times because my package keeps saying delayed. I needed my package by the 3rd no later. Even the managers kept hanging up on me. Everyday I waited for my package to be delivered and then before 8pm it would say delayed. Then today may 4 it says, tried to deliver but business closed. I am a resident in an apartment complex. They lied about that. Now it’s saying I’ll receive it may 6, no later than may 8. This is a product from a 3rd party Amazon recipient. I will never use fedex or any Amazon seller that uses fedex. I had to do the a-z guarantee on the seller because of all the inconvenience of this item. They haven’t responded. The whole experience has been terrible including customer service. I would give less than one star if possible

The SORRIEST OUTFIT on earth, I had a package delivered scheduled to be shipped from California for 9 days every time I would tracked it, it was in California so finally called the company that I ordered from and they said that FedEx lost the package. Today I have wasted all day waiting on a package since when it was put on the truck at 6:41am. You can’t talk with a live person if you call all they will say is it’s on the truck to be delivered today. LOWLIFES!!!

Been waiting on medical supplies from home health. Had a door tag earlier this morning and no packages. Called the number and told them husband is above knee amputate and has bad burns on other leg and we need the medical supplies today!!! Two calls and six people after all the bot people I don’t know anymore than when I called .I can not understand India English… It is sad that I will have to purchase some of the items from Amazon to cover the burns because fedex can’t deliver the supplies until Monday as I stated we will be at the wound doctor that day. I hope the India people understood my English.
