Late crap service can't talk to a human I'm tired of this crap I'm going back to usps and I can't stand them

Your delivery is not good my items is broken. I don’t like your service. India to Us too much along time 11-12 days delivery . Iam not satisfied. I don’t like your delivery

That was my review the awesome one.

Package was susposed to arrive yesterday. Tracking shows it arrived in Hagerstown, MD yesterday and still there today. Good thing it is nothing critical or needing to arrive on time.

Service is Fantastic, Being able to track where the parcel is ,makes it very Easy to know when it will be delivered.

Fedex delivered my items to a different address entirely. I called to complain and was directed to go online and report my case. I reported my case boldly written that the misplaced item is a medication for a sick person till this point of writing Fedex have not responded. How can a company not be sensitive to life issues. My plea is for Fedex to pick up my item from the wrong address and deliver it to the address on the box. The recipient need the medication.

Very late, and tracking system is lame. UPS and even USPS beats FedEx. FedEx needs an Rx (FedRx?).

The worst service I got in my life.

The worst service I have ever experienced.

Been getting notices for two days saying your package arrives tomorrow. Tomorrow they send another message its coming the next day. Still no package. This is ridiculous. I can't just wait around expecting package for the package to not show up when they said it would arrive. This is not the 1st or second time this has happened when FedX is handling packages. Certainly not what it use to be.

My package was suppose to be delivered on April 18th until today may 1st nothing has been done. What kind of poor service is this, also I can see it’s been sent to FedEx center in Florida Fort Myers but no sign of tracking status since April 18th and yet I’m stressed and traumatized because I’m about to leave Florida soon by Saturday May 4th and by looks of things, I’m not going to get my package.

Worse service ever

Service is terrible still waiting on a sofa that was suppose to be here at 3:50 pm it is now 7:10 pm and still waiting not good service at all.

Package damaged and FedEx never contacted me to let me know the package had been damaged. I had to call the company I ordered the package from to find out FedEx had damaged the package. Do better FedEx.

Why I cannot track my package,we payed the overnight service,and it’s a failure !a really bad service!And the AI it’s not efficient cause we cannot even know where it’s my package or if it is on transit,or at least if it was rescheduled!I cannot believe Fedex acts with a behavior like that against their customer we should do a collective lawsuit,cause this things cannot be alllowed,specially after the expensive overcharges they do!
