Was on time very friendly thank you

Since twentieth of May my parcel was lying with the customs at Feltham. No further update was heard. Just about four copies of papers and an envelope. Though am worried because they're important documents for my son. Why are the customs holding documents for, are documents contraband in UK too?

Too worst courier

I shipped to Brooklyn NY often. I was there when my package arrived. I met the nicest delivery person ever. She brought it upstairs to the second floor and place it at the door after being buzzed in. Kudos to her what she did was /is rare these day’s. This was 5/9/24, I shipped again today praying she is still this route.

I've been waiting for my package since last week and still haven't received it. It was next day overnight. It's Thursday and I'm still waiting.

Very fast pick up and delivery

Non trusted company

No star at all. It's complicated to follow the parcel, even with the tracking number. Also it seemed that the client can chat orhave a phone call for the information, but then Fedex asked money to get information it's despicable. Next time, I'll ask and if it's Fedex, I will refuse for sûre

Pissed off doesn’t even come close! I have a box of lobsters from Maine guaranteed to be delivered today but are now delayed cause the idiot driver could get in the building??!! Any driver in that area knows most places are secure!! I provided the apt number but apparently it’s his first day or just stupid!! My sisters 70th Birthday is RUINED!! Thanks for NOTHING!!

Demanding money for information is not good you should give information about pakage first of all you must delever pakage in time so anybody don't need to contact you again and again

Can I come to the nearest office for my packeg?

Sorry to say but, please check your employees test them or something because we never received our packages at all.

Always late delivery

FedEx WA it's me to pay them to get information and delivery estimate. This is unacceptable. I will cancel any order that a company says is being delivered by FedEx.Zero stars
