My package is a week late, they said it was shipped over a week ago, yet fed ex still has it sitting, we paid for the 2 day service and it's been 9 days late and still nothing. Fed ex is trash and as a business owner, I will not use fed ex or deal with any companies that ship with fed ex, it has costed me money and customers.

The worst delivery.. my item get wet and damage

Package was scheduled to arrive 5/31. Then finally updated to arrive 6/3 after I inquired. Package still hasn't arrived.

My package arrived at FedEx on May 16,2024. Where is it? You can not talk to a person. I am not understanding why I do not have my package and can not get any updates?

My shipment was coming Amazon UK, whilst the package arrived within the time period advised by Amazon, the tracking information on the Fedex website, and in turn their partner's website in Australia, was not kept up to date in real time, and sometimes did not make sense. This is definitely something both parties can make significant improvements, considering we are in 2024, and other global shipping companies have real time tracking and the time stamp for milestones is very clear and easy to follow.

I have waited in three times now for a pick up of a parcel. I had a pre printed label from a company who booked the pick up x2 and I went online and booked another pick up for today 3/6/24. Very disappointing and time wasting. Parcel still waiting to be collected.

Fedx service is HORRIBLE they throw your package at your house and I do mean house don’t leave it at the door don’t ring your doorbell to notify you it’s outside so if you don’t have cameras your package is outside all day it’s thrown and they’re gone…. Sorry Service!!!

I was suppose to get my delivery on Friday and I had an event Thai’s last (exposition) and I needed that delivery for my event. I check many times an even at 8:00 pm, the limit time …. I didn’t get it and no update on fedex tracking. So I. Phone them and The clerk told me it didn’t passed customs! The delivery comes from Alberta and I live in Quebec. Very disappointed

My package was delivered to the wrong city. Someone happily signed for their "free" package. Now,FedEx has " proof of delivery" because an unknown person at an unknown address signed for it. Nice job Fedex.

Shipment was delivered early. Driver left package by my garage door. I caught him before he drove off because I wanted the package brought into my house cause I was recovering from back surgery. The driver picked up the package again and brought it into my house. Didn't appear to bve any damage to the package even after traveling all the way across country. The driver was very professional and courteous. Thank you Fed Ex for a job well done!!

I had booked m y parcel on 29th May and it's 2nd June and the parcel is still with the original fedex courier... there is no tracking of the parcel

I have dealt with DHL and FedEx, previously, to me, poor customer services. Is UPS better?

Every time Fed Ex is used for delivery of the packages that I order are always getting delayed. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I'll pay for different shipping options from now on or refuse to order from companies that use FedEx
