It's not here yet but they have got great tracking app

Received text that package delivered. Contacted seller and photo of location was emailed to me. It was delivered to nearby house under construction with no where to park except on the road. There’s no walkable area due to the piles of fill dirt, gravels, machineries, debris, metal frames all along the driveway. The package weigh 50 lbs. We’ve been getting deliveries from UPS, USPS and Fed X. Never had a problem. It is sitting on the wall of the house and rain will pour over it. Workers have left for the day not returning till Monday. Contact Fed Ex customer service. Will expedite the case to redeliver this evening before dark. Two hours past, no update. Address on the package is correct. Doesn’t the driver read the address? We’re elderly and not physically able to walk and carry the 50 lb box to our car on the road.

Horrible customer service.They're using a bot and they try to get you to spend money on that.

My address was clear and ant other deliveries are made precisely. Fed Ex person does not read addresses otherwise the delivery would have been made to my address.

My package was 2 days late

Received. Would be better if follow instructions to place package At the garage door instead of the front gate.

Packages dropped in weeds beside driveway. Wirst service i have ever had feom fedex

5 packages were dropped in weeds beside my driveway. I was told by a friend that drove by. Fedex has been delivering packages to my front door for at least 10 years. We do have a long driveway but there is ample room for fedex truck to turn around luckily the packages were well sealed by company that i bought from. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Probably the worst delivery service around. Never ever on time!

Terrible service still waiting for package that was loaded on vehicle at 6:30 am it is know 4:00 pm still no package,,truck still in same location using live tracking ,,,

Never thought that I would actually have to say that FedEx is worse than DHL
