I have been called and told that the item shipped since December 10 will arrive on the 23rd. It is 10:00 pm on the 23rd still no package. The gentleman I talk to wanted to close the case as I have been calling since my package been in route and in a truck since December 16th. I am frustrated with the go around I have been put through.

Fed Ex is using the 'weather ' as an excuse for not delivering packages as promised, there's been no weather to delay delivery.

I have tried all day to track. Earlier it said it would be delivered by 8pm. It has nothing been delivery as of 9pm eastern time. Last time I called they said tonight. How late do you deliver? At this time I would think they would say tomorrow.

Paid for two day. Didn’t happen.

Never get called to receive packages and have to go pick them up. Very inconvenient and not very professional. Drivers need to be trained better

Lost the first shipment, company resent it again. Now after 6 more days it states technical delay amd stopped updating 2 days ago. So much for the Xmas gift I ordered 3 and a half weeks ago. Lost twice now by them.

Sent a small parcel Tuesday 21st cost me 64.00 for overnight to Winnipeg. 2 days later still no arrival

Package shipped from middle of USA to cali back to middle of USA then to new mexico to get to Arizona

We order a gift for my son and put next day delivery, they didn’t come and it said that they passed by and no one was there. I was there waiting for 2 days without leaving my house. Terrible Experience, Terrible employees.
