I have been tracking my package, it was not delivered, the information on the app is not correct , I phoned the office to find they don’t know where it is .. will I use them again … No !!!

My package wants to be stolen by some fedex carrier, which is how the same canvas company proves that I'm trying to get them to leave it in a store and they don't want to, it has been 4 days since they say they arrive at my house and there is no one when I have a camera everywhere to check what is false so if they are not going to give a good service, they should be out of business

Terrible tracking info. Waited in as advise delivery was on that day, never arrived. Now have to be in for a second day. Will not order any item where Fedex is the delivery company.

Incorrect tracking/ delivery information. Delivery was due 2 days ago, still no show. Ongoing experience with FedEx - still no improvement
