3 day my parcel no come still showing Kent wa

Absolutely incredible « service » … The announced delivery was not respected 3 times! In one case Fedex even avanced fake news… Never again with Fedex!!!

Six days to deliver document ?, I been told it will take ONE day only. Dec16 delivered Dec22?

This is the second time this week that a package was scheduled to be delivered from Henderson, CO to Southern Colorado, (3 hours away), but got sent to Las Vegas, NV instead!!! At this point, it's not looking as if it's an accident. I hate to make it political - unless it is. I'd heard that truckers were going to refuse, (or in this case, sabotage?), Colorado routes, as a protest against an unfair sentence. Most Coloradoans, (including me), agree that the Aguilera-Mederos sentence is too extreme, support having it reduced, and have signed petitions to that effect, I don't see how anyone thinks that they will gain support by destroying the holidays. They are not punishing the judge, or the lawmakers who passed the legislation. They are punishing their customers, and alienating (former) supporters.

I had a shipment due today in Southern Colorado. I'd tracked it, and it said that it had departed from Henderson, Colorado, which is about 3 hours away, at 9:45 this morning. It is now almost 11:00 at night, and still no package. I clicked on the option to show the route on a map, and they sent my package from Henderson, CO to Las Vegas, NV!!! WTF!! This is the second shipment to go from Henderson to Las Vegas in the past couple of weeks!! I can understand if they're busy this time of year, but these major screw-ups are inexcusable. Tl i have a couple more packages that will end up delayed by this, if they don't get their act together. If this is about the truckers refusing to drive in Colorado due to the court case, i did sympathize, but that's changing fast. I don't know how they think they'll gain support by destroying the holidays of their (former) supporters.

Had a call to wait in between 1500 to 1700 the next day to receive package. It was a no show. Never received any call to update the delivery. Tracking the package showed it to be in various places! Hope FedEx knows where it is!

I was home and never got a text it was here. I have a store front and do not have a door bell. I am in the back and dont here a knock that is why I depend on the text tracking.

Ordered a $500 gift for my son for Christmas, it's a week late and now it doesn't even have a delivery date. It was a Christmas gift

Not very insightful, all other shipping company tracking shows where you delivery is in line and a 2 hr window of delivery, time to upgrade.

Y'all didn't even deliver my package on time. You took a year to send.

Terrible service, can barely call themselves a parcell delivery service. Package was suppose to be delivered December 18th. Has been within 5 miles of my home since the 9th it has literally moved between the 2 warehouses in my city 8 times since then. I called and somebody submitted a ticket to get my order shipped ASAP. It then was hot potatoe'd between the facilities again. My house is in between these 2 warehouses meaning that they had to drive farther to move it than to just drop it off. The worst part is amazon no longer has the item listed in my recent orders so I can't contact the seller for a refund

Horrible customer service. Talked to 4 people got 4 different answers. Had 1 cs person yell at me and hung up on me. So many lies and I still do not have my package that was supposed to have been here on Sunday

Waiting on 2 packages since November 29th

I will never again do business with any company that ships FedEx, what's the point in checking tracking if all you get is bogus information, I ordered items on December 2nd and after weeks of complaining my items were supposed to be delivered yesterday, this morning I learned that they are stuck in Augusta KS. I know everybody is busy this time of year but this order has been nothing but problems.

My package has been at the facility in Braselton. Ga for almost a week and isn't going any where. It's only 35 miles from my home. Come on FedEx you can do better then this
