Sorry excuse for delivery service they rarely get packages delivered they have lost several packages in last 5 months and they never make it to my door

Ordered Dec 6th. Today Dec. 20th. I'm leaving for my daughter's tomorrow and no gift. Will it arrive while I'm gone? No one here. Gated yard, no neighbors. Will be sitting in the sand in the desert. ?

Item not delivered because address not found. I don't believe it as no other service has trouble finding it. Also to delay 2 days is not reasonable

The fed ex delivery driver left my package out in the rain at my mailbox at the end of a private road instead of delivering to my house. This is unacceptable and should be handled by management!!!! It was also not wrapped in plastic

Hard sight to contact customer service. First FedEx lost my shipment. Now they say it's you g to be here at a certain time frame. Still don't have it. So where in the heck is my pkgs.
