We have had deliveries left in rain instead of walking up 5 steps to put on a covered porch. We had one leand up against a tree near the street instead of driving 50 ft into our driveway. We have had one never show up and FedEx has no idea what happened to it. We had another show up with the box crushed and soaked from the contents leaking. The driver made the brilliant statement "you might not want to accept this". All of this is since Nov 15 2021. Now I have another package coming that does not track. This is lousy service from the company that used to have the slogan "when it absolutely positively has to be there"

Nothing in update with couple days

Deliver to right address. How hard is that. Filing claim

said delivered. Not to me when phoned fedex said gps left on some street called Saddle. I waited all day for my package:( now it is gone

My package hasn't moved in 5 days it has missed the delivery date by 4 days

Left package laying on top of mailbox along the road. Luckily I found it before someone took off with it.

Package was clearly marked Don't Stand On End. Package was on end standing against our porch wall.

Package was delivered to my driveway Friday night at 7:30 pm. Over 100 ft away from my house. With the rain Friday night and Saturday the package got soaked. We did not know the package was on our driveway until Sunday morning. If the delivery is going to be made that late at night it needs to be brought to the house. If I could read zero Stars I would.

Lost delayed item not updating

My package came all the way from fontana California, it was in Tacoma Friday night. Come Saturday it is now SITTING in Burlington. They actually passed my house to get to Burlington!!! Most horrible experience ever. This is the 2nd order first one never arrived just kept saying in transit.

This is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Orders are late. Once the shipping deadline has past the tracking info disappears. No clue where the parcels or when to expect them. I opted for any other shipping company when I'm given that option.

This is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. When possible I opted for any other company when I'm ordering. Delivery date is never met. Tracking info disappears, cannot track after the delivery date is missed.
