FedEx delivery service has gone so far downhill it is ridiculous! This is the 2nd time in a month they have messed up a delivery. The first time it was noted the package was delivered but it was NOT delivered to the correct address and could not provide the location where they left it. When I tried to reorder the item, it was, of course, unavailable. Now, for the 2nd time in less than a month, they have failed to so their job and have not yet delivered a package that is a major gift for Christmas. It was to have been delivered last Wedmesday, then it moved to Friday (the 17th) and now there is no delivery date available! I am sick of poor customer service. You have 1 JOB to do....DO IT RIGHT!!! For the money charged for the service, these issues should NOT be this commonplace!

I had a parcel collected from my home on Monday 6th Dec seemed to be doing alright until it got to the depot in Stansted it is stuck there for the past 10 days, I Don't think it will be delivered before Christmas , I hope I am wrong.

Very frustrated and angry! I ordered first week of Dec. said delivery scheduled for Tuesday 12/14 still have not received it. Tracking shows has been sitting in Madison for a week with no delivery update. Will never order from a place that uses FedEx ever again...hopefully will receive pkg in time for Christmas for my granddaughter ?

I was waiting for a package. It said delivery and the security from my neighborhood said FedEx came that day but my neighbors didn't see and FedEx truck in my street. And I didn't sign for anything. Don't anything at the surrounding of my house or garage and didn't get to get my package. I don't have anything. And the sistem says it was delivered and signed for me. Not true and no one helps me. I want my package and is lost not delivered as it says in sistem. This is not ok not cool

Fed Ex made two attempts to deliver to Crestview from FWB but did not leave package. Neither the sender nor me requested a signature. On the third supposed attempt a week later, Fed Ex never arrived but returned the package to sender. I am very unhappy with the service and have informed Nordstrom.

Our deliveries arrive on time and the driver is very professional and always friendly!

Orders using FedEx as the courier have been a nightmare. Each item I've ordered that used this courier had to be reordered using a different courier. This the season to use a dependable courier service and FedEx isn't it.

Anyone in our company sends something out on fed x will automatically be terminated. All of our employees have been warned. That’s how much we know fedx will screw up the shipment and never get it there on time. And their bad excuse is coronavirus Thank god for ups , post office, Amazon Their not affected by virus so they can get it there on time.

Fed ex guy came to my porch legit dropped my package, proceeds to leave and walks through the yard and he ended up kicking our yard light. He picks it up and looks around to see if anyone saw him (he obviously didn’t see our ring doorbell) he drops it back on the ground and leaves. Zero respect

Package left Birmingham, Al on 12/4 and has no other history…it’s now 12/19..I’m afraid it’s in the ravine !!! I have another package sent by FedEx which left NY on 12/16 and will be arriving here in MS tomorrow …just can’t understand the reasoning in delay !

So very disappointed in fedex with all the lies i’ve been told today!! Had a time sensitive packaged shipped and they promised me it would be deliver by a certain time and nothing. This isn’t the first time i’ve paid for my services with fedex and what i paid for hasn’t been met. If you can’t complete your customer satisfaction then stop offering over night shipping!!!

I have not received my package but it is saying it was delivered but.i do not have it

My parcel should have been delivered by the 16th December. It’s been sitting in Singapore for 5 days. Obviously what you pay for is not what you get at all as it was not a cheap service I paid for. Very disappointed.

This is the second time a package of mine was dropped off at some random business on the other side of my town. It's absolutely ridiculous. These drivers are, apparently, incompetent.
