Worse than the post office

Delivered package to wrong addresses 3 times. Called to hear the tracking number from their email is invalid.

I can’t get my package. FedEx has been letting it sit in their storage facility for days! Rotten company!

Every package that comes out of California or Oregon seems to get stuck there for several days.

Shouldn't even give 1 star! Always late and always rude!!! That's why ups is #1!

I’d give zero stars if I could. This isn’t a seasonal issue. If a package is routed through Ellenwood or Austell Ga, it disappears into a void. So far in the last few weeks a live plant and a cheese basket gift have been sitting at FedEx for over a week!

Disgraceful is all I can say. My parcel was due to go to USA. Should have arrived there no later than 15th Dec. Hasn't moved out of UK. Been at FedEx UK since 8th Dec. They keep giving rubbish excuses about 'operational delays'. It's lies. I believe my parcel is lost and they're not honest enough to say. Disgusting service.

terrible service in Ukraine

Tracking shows an opposite route on map as opposed to actual route. Am none the wiser as to the wereabouts of my package. According to map it has gone from America to India, via France, and I am awaiting delibery in the UK. This is after twenty odd days after goods were ordered and paid for. SHAMBOLIC springs to mind.
