I sent a package and it’s been sitting for days now not cool

9 times out of 10 they deliver to the wrong place. Last time they said they couldn't find my house, which is like... why do USPs, UPS, Amazon, and DHL never seem to have a problem, then? Their deliveries rarely ever follow the schedule you pay for either. It blows my mind that they're still in business.

This was so disappointing. I just started a small business, and unfortunately we’ve made a horrible first impression to one of customers due to a package not being delivered on time. According to our paperwork the package should have been delivered on 12/15/21. The customer needed the desired package for a major event they were hosting on the 12/18/21, but since it never arrived, nor did we get any notifications or updates they unfortunately will miss out on the event, not to mention my business losing an important customer. I’m highly disappointed and im very discouraged to do business with this company again. The only reason why I’m rating this company one star is because I can’t rate it any lower.

Takes to long to receive UPS is the better way to go

The last package Received was left in the driveway andI was not informed it had arrived. I am awaiting a delivery that was supposed to be here today 12/17/21. It appears to be in Kentucky !!!

Package was to be delivered by end of day Friday 17th.

Very bad service, they do not verify the address, second time in a week they have the wrong address and I do not receive my package, inept !!!

Driver said no one home so he took package back to city of origin. But entire family was there and no doorbell rang. When FedEx tried to track package even they couldn’t find it! Told us to drive to other city to get it ourselves!

I give 0 stars. I don't understand my package can be in transit and never show up. This facility has the worst service. I can't even get in touch with anyone to ask any questions. I give 0 stars but it won't let me submit without touching a star.

Packages left on a wide open highly visible porch when a coveredExptess carport is 12 steps away. Delivery through YunExpress is a joke. No way toyrack without paying extra money.

With the provided tracking number that was sent to me. My parcel shows from FedEx traking system online that it was delivered, when it was not! This is the second time that this has happened. Saying on the website that it is delivered when it has not. The first time that this happened my parcel was delivered 8hrs after it said it was delivered on the tracking site. Horrible and unreliable notification system.

Waiting for a package I believe I paid extra for two day shipping. Package not here yet

I’m totally disappointed with FedEx! In June 2021 I had ordered a cabinet. It was sent through FedEx for delivery. I still have NOT received my order. I called them about a month ago and they told me, call the company.HELLO STUPID, if I have a tracking number from FedEx then you are responsible for the package…not the company I bought it from. Now when I order something I always call to order and ask what service they use. If it’s FedEx I tell them no thank you. I don’t want or need it that badly.

Waiting on my simple rubicks cube for my kid...the second time. Never found the first one. Got my neighbors package down the street though. Such a shame I had to do fedex's job and didn't even get paid. My package would be nice though. Supposed to come today and the only info I get when entering # is "Nashville...9:59" . what does that mean...?
