They by far are the worst delivery service. They keep loosing my packages and lie about it.

Fedex is always late. 2 to 3 days always means 4 to 5 if not longer. Overnight is always 2 to 3 usually, if not longer. Go UPS it does what it says!

They have given me the wrong arrival dates on too many occasions.

So very disappointing. I will use UPS from here on out.

Parcels are always late to arrive.

You can not see where driver is on a map. It's 2021. C'mon

Stealing things more like disgusting

After spending more than an hour on the phone with 6 of your representatives I made no progress no satisfaction no information

I paid over $50 for a package to be at it's destination in 2 days. From what I can see it will take up to 5 to 6 days to get to it's destination!!! FedEx is a RIPOFF and LIED to me!!!

Shipper stated FedEd would be delivering my medical supplies by latest of last evening and they have yet to deliver to our City Depot and generally when they deliver packages, it's too much for them to thing the bell of knock on the door to notify that s delivery had been made. Their so-called service is the least but desirable.

My order start Nov 11 2021 until Dec 12 2021 I receive my order, on Dec I call customer service, I give my tracking Number and company name, and I got answer is “ you make mistake, we don’t have you order”, because before I call ask still how long I can receive my order. But didn’t get answer, one star is for the person can listen my call

List package all the time

Not happy at all orders were both lost and now do not have time to reorder for Christmas. When calling fedex they were rude and no help at all . I would give o stars if it were an option

Everyday my package is late from your company, I'm being charged $54.00 a day for not having the information in this package at my address. That your not paying for. I paid for overnight, you Fed Ex should deliver it overnight.
