First of all. The package was within 4 hours starting in Indiana, but it went to NC then got hung up in Wisconsin eventually. Then you kept promising delivery each day for a week. Finally the normally most unreliable service has evidently been selected USPS! Fortunately I don't need this for Christmas, but I would certainly like it before April when I will need it. Well below my expectations of FedEx. The 1990s slogan definitely does not apply today.

2 missing packages that keep getting loaded to a truck and took back off since dec 2nd. Now shows no delivery date for either. Have this problem all the time with grove city location. Now one item i cant get anymore bc its sold out and not coming back in stock. One drop shop and its something my son really wanted.

My parcel was in the next county over for 5 days,was supposed to be delivered yesterday, still not here !!

Fed x use to be great now very poor service. You cannot believe them., say one thing and another way. And have some of the worse customer reps you can have . They will hang up on you and really most don’t know what they are talking about. Use to have the best. Service become very bad.

Waited in for delivery no attempt was made even though I had a text saying my package was due for delivery, got a text saying unable to deliver, rearranged delivery with a safe place to leave it still their driver decided to just not deliver it

You're lucky to get the package when expected. You'll never get a knock or door bell ringer advising the package has arrived and the package may be left for the choosing of porch pirates due to the lack of knocks.

Got there faster than I expected

I ordered some medical equipment for home use from Ontario Canada, I live in BC, in November, it’s now Dec 17th and I still do not have it despite phoning them several times and just getting the run around and being told the same lie repeatedly. According to their own site my package has just been sitting in a warehouse in Alberta for 2 weeks now, I even received one email from Fedex saying that there was a problem with the parcel and I needed to contact them or it would be returned to the shipper. When I called Fedex they said there was no problem. Fedex sent me notices saying it was going to be delivered by 5:00pm on Dec 6/7/8/9 and it never arrived, it’s still just sitting in a warehouse in Alberta according to them. I believe they’ve lost my order, $600 worth of medical supplies, and they think if they just indefinitely keep giving me the run around that maybe they’ll actually find it one day! Honestly, I’ve NEVER NOT had a problem receiving items when delivered by Fedex, they’re the absolute worst and I would never use them for shipping anything, anywhere at anytime. Guess getting a terminally ill woman her medical supplies is just not high on there list of priorities no matter how many times I call them, good grief, I’m not waiting for a cocktail dress to wear to a Christmas party, IT’S MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!! Maybe if I had written Santa Claus asking for my medical supplies I might have had at least a chance of maybe receiving them! ???

Tracking info should be more specific.

They're always on time and take good care of my shipments.

They make fake promises, it’s never on time. Charge a lot money. It happened with me twice I would rather use normal Mail.

Never have a notice for pick up. One delivery attempted. Missing in communication.

My package was to be here yesterday and at 8:30 pm it said delayed. And now it has been sitting in one spot from 12/13 My tracking # is 287375845766???

Taking to long to deliver my package 3 days stayed in grove city, Ohio.

Package still not received. Always in transit! I think they're using a donkey to transport my package!
