Called this morning for priority pickup was told package would be picked up by 5pm today. Try to call after 5pm was told I don't have right tracking number there is nothing in system ask to speak to supervisor could not be done I hung up called again this time took tracking number said I was scheduled for a pickup and still no pickup

They had me waiting all day saying out for delivery then had a nerve to say in for another day after for a time they made up they full of it

Everytime I have a pkg tracking#, it seems to sit for days and never progress. Very frustrating

Package wasn’t delivered but said it was delivered

Been waiting 6 days so far for the other 3 tires. Everyday since the first tire was delivered I got a tx that they were on a truck for delivery, but by the end of the day I get a tx that says shipping est. isnt avail at this time! Tommorrow I'll get the same tx, on a truck out for delivery! FedEx sucks so bad, we've had other probs b4, but never this bad!!

Great service have used Fedex for years. One of the best

Package went from Williams Lake BC to Prince George to Calgary and now it's who knows where! $66 to still be waiting 5 days later and it hasn't left Calgary yet.

Shipment eta was Dec 8 still not received

Where's my package? It came from Sparks NV but still shows it's still there.

I have a package in Ellenwood,Ga. Since Dec. 3rd. Hasn't been delivered to me. Bad service.

FedEx needs to try another business outside of transportation

They are always late.

They don’t know what each other is doing. One ensured 100% my delivery would. Be here on the 15 then I call today and I’m told they don’t know where it is. I hope I don’t have to use them never again

Rubbish I won't recommended it are unable to find your address and then they say that they were unable to deliver I was waiting all day for a parcel to come that usually take less time with Hermes or other services.

Package was delayed and rerouted it seems, no real-time tracking, very concerned
