I will never...I repeat never have something divererd by FedEx again. Client service details a minus 10....They do not keep there tracking system up to date and have no clue where something is.

Not happy ? @ all, the package was priority intnl and labeled perishable all around, needed next day delivery and took 2 days..everything was spoiled..??

Very disappointed with FedEx. I live in Washington, my package was 1 hour away and it never got delivered. The company I purchased from was generous enough to send another package as it is a Christmas present for my grandkids. I personally will never use FedEx.

They picked up the package in Sparks, NV at 16:10 on Monday and 12 hours later thry we’re still in Sparks, NV. They were supposed to have delivered the package by Wednesday at 16:10 in Los Angeles but they were still in the city where they picked it up. It’s unclear why 12 hours after picking it up at 16:00 and leaving at 16:10 they were still where they supposedly took off from.

FedEx International Priority is a total failure. They promise a delivery date and money back guarantee. The package will arrive late by several days. Getting a refund is now work than it should be. Bad customer service. Bad business practices.

This is the worse i have ever seen.. sent a package off on Saturday got to the facility on Monday but for some reason it has not made it to my destination yet
