I've had a package on a truck for delivery since December 4 still haven't got it

How is it FedEx is the only carrier to loose a package. And never make the delivery date. FedEx is horrible, anytime I see a package is being sent FedEx I know it's not going to be a good experience.

I just sent a review and a message came back y'all is missing my package I will like to know how? somebody be find it or return my money in the same amount i paid for it... this is crazy, I always have a problem with y'all and yall delivery peoples leaving my packages on my porch and my mailbox have my name good as day on there outside the gate and at the front door with my name and apt. number so y'all need to get it together.. SMH

FedEx has come to be one of the worst small package carriers I have ever seen. They will not update system when they scan just looking for package last update was 12 13 21 .

I placed a order from fashion Nova on Dec. 10th and it is 6 days later and y'all still have not gave me a delivery date what is y'all problem I need my package because I paid for my order and I need it I don't have money to throw away.. please sent my package asap and tell y'all delivery peoples to ring my bell because it do work and DO NOT leave my package on the front porch it is christmas and there is alot of thieves out here..

From chandler az to peoria az , from Saturday till Thursday still no pkg ....terrible customer service , says I have to wait 3 days to file a complaint .....no weather issues here but still delayed and FedEx has no idea when or if I will ever receive it !!!!! Such a shame ?

ZERO STARS. Please tell me WHY I paid $70.00 for shipping on my item for such TERRIBLE SERVICE!?! I am absolutely livid right now. My item was delivered to my hometown on Dec 8, only for it to then be sent to South Bend Indiana!?! Instead of being delivered to me? Today it Dec 16…. Nothing. Why? Bc it was sent back to Perrysburg Dec 14, but yet STILL is NOT HERE TWO DAYS LATER. USPS & UPS is the ONLY way I’ll go. Never again Fed Ex.

Worst shipping company EVER!

Lies..was home all day tracking delivery. Never attempted delivery of a $1000+ item. No truck ever came near my block.

Been waiting on my package for 2 days past the delivery date and still no clue where my package is at!

My medicine was to be at my home by 11:30am and it's 8:30pm and still no meds! Been without for a week I can't walk due to fluid build up and bad knee that can't be replaced right now due to COVID-19. Very upset with FedEx. They either don't deliver on the day they say they are or they say they can't see my home when it's right on the front in BIG BLACK LETTERS. SMDH

Did not tell me delivery time on 12/16

This is the third date that I have been given for the delivery of my package. Yet, no delivery. To make matters worse, FedEx left a package at my house that did not belong to me. I called and was told that they would pick up the package at 7pm. Guess what, no one came to pick up the package.

I have been waiting all day for delivery. (12/15.) I never received it. It is 9: 06pm 12/15. I can't sit at door any longer. This is not the 1st time No Show Package. Last spring my order was delivered to house on 4th Str with same house number. Person making delivery can't read streets name. I live on the hood. Why would you send packages late in evening? I am not happy.
