I never received my package. Fed ex said it was delivered, but I never received it. We have camera on our porch. I di not believe it was placed on the right porch,if it was delivered as stated. I paid full price for my sweeper. Over $200. I am very disappointed in this company.

Your customer service and your service needs to be re evaluated, they are terrible

Horrible delivery service. My packages spend days on the truck waiting to be delivered. Driver drives right by my house with my packages on the truck but takes Days before he stops to deliver. Seasonal drivers throw my packages 15 feet on to my porch. Complaining to the company does nothing. Poor service!! Rating ZERO!!

I paid on December 13th at 9 in the morning for a shipment from Fort Myers to Lehaig Acres (only 31 miles) to arrive in 24 hours and the shipment has not yet arrived. If I read before the comments of others costumers I would never have used this service

My package was picked up on December 2 and still I have not received it. Why is it I'm Colorado it came from Florida. You people need to get you stuff together. Stupid stupid stupid!!!!!!!!!!
