Driver did not knock on inside door.

I was supposed to get this 3 days ago

I am waiting from last 17 Days They lost my parcel and now no body make any Answer now every body just saying I don't now I don't now this is robbery

I’m on 10 acres with house 300 ft from roadway. 1 delivery was in orchard 500ft from house! Another about same distance! Now waiting for delivery scheduled for 12/9/21 still not here! FedEx is a poor excuse for home delivery!

Tends to let packages sit for days in facilities while enroute to you. But the delivery drivers are very fast and good.

We receive a large number of packages, the ones arriving by USPS or UPS I never worry about. Every FedEx shipment seems to come with issues. Everything from finding packages left in bushes near the road, one hung on the red metal flag of our mailbox (which broke under the weight), the time a FedEx delivery man hit the hood of my Jeep with something hard, intended to scare my dog but instead denting the vehicle's hood, and marking packages as undeliverable due to weather on a dry, warm day. I dread retailers who use FedEx. Oh, and we cannot count the times a driver has pulled into our circle drive and sat there... when we come out to collect our package, we're told it must be on another truck. Honestly, I don't know how FedEx stays in business, especially rural routes (I have a friend who says FedEx routinely tosses her packages over the fence of her bull pasture -- that's fun). Retailers: Please do NOT use FedEx.

Have seen my package bounced between towns way to many times. Un able to contact anyone for explination. 8 days past delivery date. Not happy with this service!!!!

You overcharge for what you can do. Sent a package to my daughter on Dec 6 with a delivery promise of Dec 9. To date, December 15 it still has not arrived. Would like my money refunded

On Monday 13 of December, I shipped 2 different packages one with FedEx 3 day Air and the other with UPS ground , and to my surprised UPS package was delivered first although it was ground. 15 lbs Cost me $47.44 from Boca Raton. Whiles FedEx package 3 days air cost me $130 .78 .

Poor delivery - Package delivery to wrong address

Everything that I get shipped FedEx has a problem but what goes thru Ellenwood. Why?

UPS tracking is much more informative. Fedex tracking looks weak compared to them.
