They delivered my package on 12-14 to the wrong address they actually left it by a gate entrance on a highway a man brought it to me luckily.

Absolutely horrible service- package has been sitting in Green Bay for almost a week- STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!last package came all tore up

It doesn't matter if you pay for next day or 3 day, your package will get there WHENEVER. So don't waste your money .

I sent a package on December 3,2021 it still not delivered to destination December 15, 2021!

Package (light weight) was delivered later than what was indicated on the tracking and then left in the ditch next to our mailbox during a rain storm with wind advisories all day. We have a perfectly acceptable covered porch to place packages on that UPS seems to have no problem leaving packages on. Very poor service. Not reliable. It appeared to us like they just tossed the package out the truck door and kept driving. We were out of town for several hours the day of the delivery and are just thankful it was still there when we arrived home. Now awaiting another package that has been delayed twice now! Unfortunately, I was unable to specify during my purchase that I did not want Fed Ex delivery.

Poor management why were the packages sent to Hutchins (which it sat there for more than 2 days) only to go to Houston 3 hours away. How long will in sit in Houston. I was told yesterday that the packages would arrive today. I don't think so since they been there for almost 1 day.

Worse shipping company. Refusing any and all deliveries from them. Will not even order from a company that uses them!!

Worst company ever. Website never works to give updates and when package comes, the driver NEVER rings the doorbell to let me know.

Delivered my package 2.5 miles away at an address that wasn't even close to mine. Social media was the only way I got my package. The person that received it said they had called FedEx and told them it was wrong and they never showed up to pick it up so she reached out on social media to see if anyone knew me. Thankfully I got the message and picked the package up myself.

Worst delivery service ever. Holding back a parcel for days without contacting me. No way to get in touch with them. It's a nightmare.

Adult signature delivery set for 5PM today. Still no package at 7:23PM. Tracker is not helpful either.
