Lying Customer service-all they do is lie!

My packaged shipped from 129 miles away,12 days ago,finally told it's sitting in a trailer at site in Bessemer for 2 days due to short staffing and lying online saying they tried to deliver at my house and no one was home! I was home all week.Customer service kept saying it's on its way all week until 1 agent was honest and told me where its been,to Tennesee twice then to Mississippi then to Alabama,634 miles in all,while original destination was only 129 miles away..A lying Company!

Been waiting on pkgs since Dec 1st and seems they get to Bessemer Alabama and then no movement for days....still I'm Bessemer Alabama

My package has shown at the same Fed Ex location for over a week with zero movement. I inquired as to why the package had not moved and when it would be delivered. I was told I had to pay for any info regarding the status of my package.

I’ve been waiting for my package to be delivered for 3 weeks now, and now it’s about to get send back to the location it came Freon, because I can’t reach fedex and I can’t pick it up at the door because im at work. On top of that they want me to pay 90 dollar taxes

To insure someone will be home to sign for a package attempted to request that package arrive before 11am or after 3 pm. Was told that is not an option for me and I must go back to the shipper and have them make the request. Very rediculous.

Won’t help me find my package. Terrible company

No incentive to keep promised schedules and no concern or consequence when they don't.

Terrible service. A month ago I had to drive to the hub in Bend, OR and pick up a package I paid over two hundred for shipping and delivery. Since then I have never received received a delivery on time in La Pine,OR. Disgusting service

Slow shipping usps is faster

Couldn't track pkg past 2nd day. Have no idea where pkg is. Don't want to download another app just to track pkg. Supposed to deliver tomorrow?

It is the worse shipping company to use. It takes forever to get your package. It sit in their warehouse for days because the tracking number shows it.
