Terrible service. Said they delivered package and they didn’t. Ordered a new one it too disappeared ? Terrible customer service.

Package not delivered yet and is now 3 days late but this is bad

Packages are usually damaged and/or delayed. Unreliable at best.

Delivered early got signature ,great job cant beat Fex for reliability and security.!

Have never had a problem. If something is delayed, always receive notification. Usually because supplier is late in getting package to FedEx.

Package was delivered to wrong address.

Website says package was delivered yesterday, but in reality was not delivered.

Still after 46 hours packages are still sitting in the same spot. This is extremely poor service given. I'm surprised people use your service. Get your act together.

Said my package was delivered and it was not! Very upset because it was a very important package that was trusted with FedEx and they have closed the case. Not trying to find where it was delivered! Very upset!!!

Packages sent out from vendor on 12/7. Today is 12/14 and Fedex has no information on where it is enroute or when it might get to the FedEx facility. Much less when I might expect delivery.

Package picked up on a Thursday and wasn't sent out till Sunday, I understand it is a busy season, just need my product so I can perform my work,losing 2 days anymore is a considerable amount to my company
