FedEx Ground has no business moving packages via ground shipment. No help through their 1-800 support line. I had to physically drive to their hub to learn the status of my pkg and still, no info or updates.

Tracking doesn't provide enough information to actually know where the package is! They should not call it tracking.

Trying to track a shipment that Wal Mart states was shipped but you say you are awaiting items. The delivery date is Dec 17th. I need to make sure when it is coming so I can have someone take them off my porch. Your tracking is horrible

This is the worst place ever they lose have of their delivery’s and when you do get it the boxes all ways are tureen up

Very rude delivery person Bronx 10469. 12/14/21 dropped my packages over my fence after I asked him to set the down outside the gate because my dog was out he just tryed to hit the dog with the packages. I should send it all back.

Delivery from Mississauga to Toronto sent Thursday Dec 9 supposedly delivered Monday Dec. 13 BUT recipient says package not received as of Dec. 14. Package was to have been delivered on Dec. 10.

Continously trying to deal with customer service who can't give me a reason as to why my package hasn't been delivered. Status says was delivered at 2am. Nobody delivers to a resident at 2am. They have a new tracking number for it and send it from one state to another every couple of days and have said customs wasn't complete then package damaged then returning to sender. And now have no explanation as to why it can't be delivered. This has been going on a month. They will not let ma speak to anyone in management. So there is no help what so ever. And the company I bought the item from won't send me another until fed ex sends the package back which they won't do. 0 stars

I have been waiting on the package to be delivered since December 3rd and all they keep telling me is that it's on the way to the post office that will deliver it to my home. If you ask me they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Not happy with my package taking this many days to get to North Carolina. I mailed it Thursday from Columbus, Ga. Was told it would get there Sunday. It’s Tuesday and it finally says it’s out for delivery. I’ve never had issues like this with FedEx before. Why would they tell you it will be there Sunday and it gets there on Tuesday. Sat in Spartanburg, SC for 2 days. Very disappointed ?

They can't even tell you when packages will leave Hutchins, Texas. Very sad that these packages are only about 6 hors away and the can't say when they will be delivered. Very poor service and planning on FedEx part.

Driver has said we were not in total lie driver did not come no card no nothing disgusting

I will never use FedEx again. To have packages sit 6 hours away from delivery location and not move I'm over 36 hours is very poor service.

My package was put on the truck 5 straight days and never delivered. When I called customer service the assured me my package would be delivered between 10:30 and 4:30 the next day. It never left the wearhouse that day.

Waited all day Sat for this delivery. Two dogs, house door left open, never heard a delivery person! No knocking, no bell rung. No barking. Nothing. Tuesday please make some noise! We will be waiting again!
