Poor service. Delivery date changed three times. Can't talk to customer service. And no updating on the tracking. Very dissatisfied!!!

It's been like the 5th time I have a problem with them supposedly delivering my package and when I check my package aint there and when I look at my cameras they never even stopped in front of the house been disappointed lately

Worst. The goal is deliver a package. You send the phone number and watch the tracking...so the delivery guy fail to deliver because knock and nobody is in home. When I came to door the guy vanished...dont make a phone call that is already on the record. Leave a card with useless info. A goal is to deliver...not to pick on a warehouse.

FedEx is the worst company that you could possibly use to send anything. Send a package from Lansing Michigan to Cadillac Michigan the package went all over the state to Detroit Grand rapids all over and took four days I could drive it up there and come back in 4 hours on the same amount of money that I paid for them to take 4 days to get it there. They're horrible nobody should use them for anything.

My package has been in the Fresno CA. Facility since Dec. 8, 2021 and I live in Madera CA. which is maybe 30 minutes from their Facility. They can not tell me when I will be receiving my item, which is a gift for my grandson. Way to go FedEx! You are the worst!
