I placed a order with CVS pharmacy on Nov third that package sat at the Bessemer Alabama distribution center for two weeks the call center people are useless they will lie to you I had CVS do lost package they sent me a reorder package out December first and here it's the thirteenth of December FedEx has now showing where it gave information to the US Postal service So now I can't track the package and have no idea where it will be delivered but the first package had been delivered back to CVS what mess I live not to far from where three truck loads of FedEx packages where just thrown into a ditch FedEx is a disaster how the federal government hasn't shut them down is unexplainable and unexcusable

Close to useless. Very vague like "Delayed". Notifications did not work. Very frustrating. Parcel which should have arrived on Fri still not here on Monday.

2 shipments ago, you lost the shipment. Now my shipment is stalled in customs. Thanks for nothing. I'm very downhearted and may never use you again. I have 3 letters for you, DHL.

I will never willing use fedex again. Three days in a row tracking says my package will be delivered and I still haven't gotten it. First day driver stated no one was home. I was hone but my package does not need to be signed for so it doesn't matter if I was home or not. Driver never stopped here. Second day I seen a fedex truck 2 miles from my house. But still no package. Customer service is of no help and I'm guessing outsourced because every person I get sounds like they are in India. And that's after fighting with an automated system to get a real person. I thought fedex was an American company. Federal express. Ya right let's change the name to foreign express. That might be a little more accurate.

Terrible service. Driver makes 1 attempt to deliver parcel writes in big letters last attempt. I go to pick up at said puck up lication not there. Go next day still not there. Call told couldn't drop off that day to pick up location will deliver to puck up location Monday. I requested they try delivering to my home address since going out for delivery any way. They said ok. Get call day of delivery telling me to go pick up at pick up location. Not impressed. 3rd attempt to pick up parcel.

My package for some reason is delayed in Vandalia, OH since 12/08/21. The package moved faster from CA! This isn't the first time either. What's the hold up?!!

I can't tell if I'm tracking a package or looking for a plumber or if a plumber has my missing package. !!!!!! It's ridiculous!!! They used to be better than this. It's all horrible

Expensive package is just lost. Packages delivered to wrong address. Found a package tossed into a creek. One was in a ditch. Absolutely the belly crawling worst. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I have had two cards stating missed deliveries from FedEx. On both occasions I was at home. No one rang the bell. Awful service ?
